Sunset Development has submitted a Concept Review application for a 406 unit multifamily residential development on the currently undeveloped parcel located within the CityWalk Master Plan project area. The Project is proposed as a 7-story multifamily residential “wrap” building, which in addition to the 406 residential units, includes 20,450 SF of resident serving amenities, surrounding a 6-story parking garage with 796 parking stalls within the core of the building.
